We're thrilled that the 8th annual Chick-fil-A Moo've It 5K will be held in person this year! Over the years, this race has donated over $200,000 to both CCEF and the Cherokee County Special Olympics. This event is so much fun and we can't wait to see many of our friends and supporters on August 14th at Etowah River Park!

Proceeds from the race benefit both the Cherokee County Educational Foundation and the Cherokee County Special Olympics. This is huge for us as this race is the largest in North Georgia and is a pre-qualifier for the Peachtree Road Race. It will be held in wide-open spaces with plenty of room for folks to take in fresh air, sunshine, and fitness. Participants will receive chipped bibs, allowing runners to take their time and distance from others. Get ready for outdoor exhibitors, warm-up stretching sessions, and a day full of fun!

We love having runners, but if you would like to serve in a different capacity, there are other options for you!

Volunteer

Our volunteers are a huge part of making this event happen every year and we're always happy to see people jump-in. Click here to fill out the volunteer form.

Ghost Runners

Do you wish you could participate without having to run? That's why there's the Ghost Runner option! Instead of running, you just contribute to the cause and get an awesome t-shirt. It's a win-win for everyone! Click here to register.

5K Runners

Get ready to run! We already have many runners signed up, and there is room for more! You can learn everything you need to know about the race here. Whether you sponsor, volunteer, or run in the race, we're so thankful for you and your commitment to our county.

We hope to see you at Etowah River Park on August 14th. We can't wait!
