It's almost that time of the year again! The Cherokee County Educational Foundation's annual 'Celebration of Education' Gala is right around the corner! The Gala will be taking place next month, on Saturday, March 11th, 2023.

Every year, Cherokee County Educational Foundation works closely with wonderful sponsors, donors, and volunteers to throw the Celebration of Education Gala. The Gala is our grandest, most fun night of the year, and it's all in driven by our mission to raise money for the students, teachers, and staff of the Cherokee County School District.

The Gala's Mission

The mission of CCEF's annual 'Celebration of Education' Gala is to raise money and grant the allocated funds to CCSD students, teachers, staff, and faculty to help foster engaging and effective education experiences. Of course, we cannot meet our goals without the immense support and generosity of our donors and sponsors. We'd like to give an extra special thank you to Manley Spangler Smith Architects for being our presenting sponsor this event. All of the proceeds raised during this event go directly back into funding educational projects in the Cherokee County School District!

What to Expect

This year's dining experience will once again prepared by 1885 Grill from Acworth, Georgia. Enjoy their coastal flair while taking in performances from our amazing guests! Additionally, guests can enjoy bourbon tastings at our bourbon bar during the course of the event.

We're thrilled to have a selection of extremely talented performers this year as well! From circus arts and magic to bluegrass and pop/rock, these entertainers are guaranteed to delight during the Gala.

We're excited to welcome the Crescent Circus, made up of husband-wife duo Nathan Kepner and Morgan Tsu-Raun, who pair magic and circus arts to produce an amazing experience! We are also excited to be returning Woodstock native musician Ethan Senger and Cherokee County-based singer/songwriter Kurt Lee Wheeler!
